NATO DIRECTIVE

The INFOSEC Branch of the NATO HQ C3 Staff is responsible for the provision of an INFOSEC Product, Protection Profile and Package list. 

The INFOSEC Branch of the NATO HQ C3 Staff is responsible for the delivery of outputs to contribute to the NATO’s Alliance’s achievement of the fundamental security objectives of confidentiality, integrity and availability in relation to NATO information and supporting systems and resources. The outputs of the Branch include directives, guidance, Military Committee Memorandum, products and services.

The NATO INFOSEC Technical and Implementation Directive AC/322-D/0062 (NATO RESTRICTED) mandates that the INFOSEC Branch of the NHQC3 Staff be responsible for the production of a catalogue of IA Products, Protection Profiles and Packages.

The NIAPC is the result of this directive.
